The shower in our room was amazing - with a high rose and body jets. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of fruit, breads, meat and cheese. Overall a great stay!

This centrally located hotel is the perfect base to explore the city. Everything is just a short walk away, whether it's the Royal Palace or one of the many plazas. the staff is welcoming and check-in is easy. The room is clean, cozy, and equipped with necessary facilities.

The breakfast area is not properly managed and can feel cramped.

The staff were helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to assist us. They made our stay much more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore and visit all the major attractions. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start our day of exploring.

The noise level was unbearable, especially at night. We could hear doors slamming and noise from the street all night long, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

Staying in this hotel was a great experience for me. Location was a key factor as it was right beside a very popular plaza, making it effortless to reach major attractions on foot. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was amazing with a large variety of food options to choose from. Transportation was convenient, with taxi stops located just a block away.

Amazing central location, close to main Christmas market and Gran Via. Impressive accommodation for gluten allergy, with labeled GF options and additional GF bread, cereals, pastries, and cookies. Helpful and accommodating staff.

I loved staying at this place! It was located right in the center of the old city, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. The staff at reception desk were always so helpful and really made me feel welcome. I also appreciated the free wi-fi and the comfortable room with great amenities, like the in-room safe and mini-bar. And the continental breakfast at the dining restaurant was absolutely delicious!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting here - no drawbacks whatsoever.
